Friday iPhoto Dump

After a weekend full of food, drink, and friends (nothing to complain about there) we took it easy this past week. David is incredibly busy at work, which is rare come November, so while we're exhausted, things are going well. I give you my phone photodump: October 28 - November 4.

1. A couple of weeks ago we went up to Buford, a major consumption junction to score a few winter items. One of which was an awesome little hat to keep our baby's head warm.
2. Last night the rest of the Nancy Travis Hope for Babies, Care for Kids Board Members and I had a new member meeting at the Taylor Grady House. It was amazing. Great food, incredible cause, 7 new awesome community members! I would be honored to get you a sticker to adorn things (ahem, your car) with if requested.
3. On Saturday one of my bestest friends, former roommate came to visit. Silliness ensued.
4. I sold my ipod to a friend. Smooth transaction. I had planned on dealing with Craiglist, but so glad I didn't have to. I hope it gets more use than I was able to give it. This iphone has ruined me over the last few years and we're scaling back on technology that seems to be collecting dust around here. Those other two packages behind the ipod are our old phones. We sold them to Gazelle in order to help pay for our new 4s models. They even sent us the boxes and postage. Simply toss them in there after clearing your data = cash $$. Thanks Brother in Law. You school us in all things digital.
5. This sammy is the most sinful thing we probably did all week. Greendale Farm fresh pork, topped off with a fried egg, dijon mustard, and spinach. I tell ya, it was a real hit on facebook. Virtual taste buds went wild. Head on over and I'll throw one on the skillet for ya. My husband has been deemed Mr. Meat Hoarder, we gotta start cooking, and cooking fast, there's a load of venison on the way. Garage refrigerators/freezers rejoice!
6. Singer is constantly in a state of shock. Those eyes. Oh, the eyes.
7. A toast to you from wine club.
8. Singer's first pumpkin, Jack.
9. A snack to go along with Strategic Planning for the Keep Athens Clarke County Board Meeting on Wednesday. Our Rubbage Ride/Junkyard Jog will be held on November 19, I hope you bikers/runners will join in. Click the link to sign up.
10. Oh how I'm enjoying this fireplace again and again.
11. Singer snacked on peas this week, wearing a bib that her Auntie N made her. This child will eat anything, but perfers dirt and leaves over most.
12. Sorry! (we're bringing it back)
13. A sirlon top roast that came from Wilson Farms down south. At first I thought it might be a disaster, but it finally tenderized and all was well.
14. Evidence of Singer playing in the plants that I brought in from the cold. I am currently looking for higher places to keep them alive.
15. In sock monkey slippers.
16. Exhibit B, Singer's love of leaves.

Enjoy your weekend folks.
